Most clients see initial keyword movement within 60–90 days. Meaningful organic traffic growth — the kind that drives enquiries — typically starts at the 4–6 month mark. The compounding results that build predictable revenue usually solidify between months 8 and 12.

Timeline depends on three factors: your starting domain authority, the competitiveness of your target keywords, and how quickly technical blockers can be resolved. A site with a clean technical foundation and moderate competition can see page-one rankings in under 90 days. A brand-new domain in a high-competition market should plan for a 9–12 month runway.

The important distinction: SEO compounds. Month 12 produces 4–8× the return of Month 1 from the same investment — unlike paid ads, which reset to zero the moment you stop spending.

Technical SEO is the infrastructure layer — how fast your site loads, how efficiently Google can crawl and index it, how your URL architecture signals topical authority, and whether your Core Web Vitals pass Google's page experience thresholds. Without this foundation, everything else underperforms.

On-page SEO is the content and context layer — title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, keyword density, internal links, schema markup, and content depth. This is where you signal relevance for specific searches.

Off-page SEO is the authority layer — backlinks from other websites, digital PR mentions, brand signals, and social authority. Google uses this to assess whether your site deserves to rank above competitors with similar on-page signals.

All three must work together. Strong content with poor technical foundations won't rank. Perfect technical SEO with thin content won't rank. Great content and technical SEO without authority won't rank in competitive verticals.

No — and any agency that does is either misleading you or targeting keywords with no commercial value.

Google's algorithm considers hundreds of signals, changes constantly, and is not directly controllable by any third party. What we can guarantee: a rigorous documented process, complete transparency in reporting, and a track record of 810%+ organic traffic growth for comparable clients.

We set realistic KPI projections at the start of every engagement based on keyword difficulty scores, your domain authority, and our historical performance data in your vertical. These projections are documented and reviewed monthly — you always know whether the programme is on track.

Core Web Vitals are three measurable user experience signals that Google officially uses as ranking factors as part of its Page Experience update:

  • LCP (Largest Contentful Paint): How quickly the main content loads. Target: under 2.5 seconds.
  • INP (Interaction to Next Paint): How responsive the page is to user input. Target: under 200ms.
  • CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift): Whether page elements jump around as it loads. Target: under 0.1.

Sites with 'Good' scores across all three have a demonstrable rankings advantage in competitive SERPs, particularly on mobile where over 60% of searches now originate. Poor scores also increase bounce rates, which compounds the ranking penalty.

We build a three-layer keyword architecture that covers your entire buyer journey — not just bottom-funnel commercial terms:

  • Layer 1 — Problem-aware: Searches where buyers know they have a problem but haven't identified the solution category. High volume, low competition, high authority-building value.
  • Layer 2 — Solution-aware: Searches for the category your product or service fits. Core commercial keywords.
  • Layer 3 — Vendor-aware: Comparison and review searches. Lower volume, highest purchase intent, fastest conversion.

Most SEO agencies only target Layer 2. We build content for all three layers — because Layer 1 builds topical authority that makes Layer 2 rank faster, and Layer 3 converts at the highest rate of any organic traffic.

Local SEO optimises your visibility for geographically-specific searches — "SEO agency Udaipur," "best restaurant near me," "plumber in Delhi." It focuses on three areas:

  • Google Business Profile: Optimising your listing for maximum visibility in the local pack (the map results at the top of Google for local searches).
  • Local citations: Building consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone) data across directories, review sites, and business listings.
  • Local content: Landing pages and content targeting city-specific or region-specific searches.

You need local SEO if any significant portion of your business comes from clients in a specific geography — regardless of whether you're a service business, retailer, restaurant, or professional firm. For many local businesses, ranking in the Google local pack drives more enquiries than any paid channel.

SEOLocal SEOGoogle Business Profile

SEO pricing in India ranges from ₹8,000/month for basic local SEO to ₹2,00,000+/month for enterprise full-stack programmes. At Big Brick Digital, our SEO retainers start at ₹25,000/month and scale based on keyword volume, content production requirements, and market competitiveness.

The more useful question is ROI, not cost. If your average customer lifetime value is ₹50,000 and SEO generates 20 additional qualified leads per month at a 15% conversion rate, that's ₹1,50,000/month in additional revenue from a ₹40,000 SEO investment. The ROI calculation — not the monthly fee — is what should determine your investment level.

Timelines depend entirely on scope and complexity:

  • Landing page / simple brochure site (3–5 pages): 7–14 business days
  • Standard business website (8–15 pages): 3–5 weeks
  • E-commerce store (Shopify / WooCommerce): 4–8 weeks
  • Custom web application: 8–20 weeks depending on feature complexity
  • Enterprise platform / SaaS: 3–9 months

Timelines are primarily determined by content readiness (the most common delay), feedback turnaround, and the number of integrations required. We provide a documented project plan with milestone dates at the strategy phase — before any design or development begins.

Shopify is a hosted SaaS platform — monthly subscription, excellent for standard e-commerce, fastest to launch, limited customisation beyond its template system. Best for stores with straightforward product catalogues and standard checkout flows.

WooCommerce is a WordPress plugin — self-hosted, highly customisable, more complex to manage, no monthly platform fee. Best for businesses that need deep WordPress integration, complex product configurations, or extensive content alongside their store.

Custom e-commerce is a bespoke build using React, Next.js, or similar — complete control over every feature, highest performance ceiling, highest initial cost. Best for high-volume stores where a 0.5% conversion rate improvement is worth ₹50L+/year, or for businesses with unique commerce requirements.

We build on all three. Our recommendation is always based on your revenue stage, technical resources, and specific requirements — not which platform we prefer to build on.

E-CommerceShopifyWooCommerceWeb Development

Yes — SEO is built into every website we produce, not bolted on afterwards. This includes:

  • Clean semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
  • Optimised Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) from day one
  • Schema markup (Organisation, WebPage, BreadcrumbList minimum)
  • XML sitemap and robots.txt configuration
  • Canonical tags and meta structure
  • Internal linking architecture that flows PageRank to commercial pages
  • Mobile-first responsive design
  • Image optimisation (WebP/AVIF, lazy loading, correct dimensions)

A website that launches without SEO foundations requires expensive retrofitting. We eliminate that cost entirely by building right the first time.

A complete website redesign at BBD follows six stages:

  1. Discovery: Audit your current site — traffic data, conversion rates, technical issues, user behaviour. Identify what's working and what isn't.
  2. Strategy: Define the new information architecture, conversion goals, and SEO requirements before any design begins.
  3. Design: High-fidelity UI/UX design — desktop and mobile — reviewed and approved before development starts.
  4. Development: Clean, performant build with all SEO infrastructure embedded.
  5. Migration: Redirect mapping for every URL, Search Console verification, post-launch crawl audit.
  6. Optimise: Post-launch CRO and performance monitoring.

The most common mistake in redesigns is ignoring the existing SEO equity. We preserve and improve your rankings — we've never lost organic traffic in a site migration handled by our team.

Web DevelopmentRedesignMigration

Indicative pricing for BBD website projects:

  • Landing page: From ₹15,000
  • Business website (5 pages): From ₹30,000
  • WordPress website: From ₹45,000
  • E-commerce store: From ₹60,000
  • Custom web application: From ₹2,50,000
  • SaaS platform: From ₹5,00,000

Final prices depend on page count, custom functionality, third-party integrations, and content requirements. Every project gets a detailed fixed-price proposal before work begins — no hidden costs, no scope creep surprises.

PPC (Pay-Per-Click) is paid advertising — you pay every time someone clicks your ad. Results are immediate but stop the moment you pause your budget. The most common platforms are Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) earns rankings through relevance and authority — no cost per click. Takes 4–12 months to build but compounds indefinitely and generates revenue even when you're not actively investing.

The practical rule: use PPC for immediate revenue while building SEO infrastructure for long-term compounding growth. The businesses with the most sustainable cost-per-acquisition structures run both — PPC funds short-term operations while SEO builds the asset that makes paid acquisition optional over time.

ROI measurement requires connecting every digital channel to revenue — not just traffic or leads. Our standard measurement framework:

  • Attribution model: First-touch, last-touch, or data-driven attribution configured in GA4 and your CRM
  • Conversion tracking: Form submissions, phone calls, WhatsApp contacts, purchases — all tracked with value assigned
  • Cost per acquisition (CPA): Total channel spend ÷ closed deals from that channel
  • Customer lifetime value (LTV): Average revenue per client over their engagement lifetime
  • ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): For paid channels — revenue generated ÷ ad spend
  • LTV:CAC ratio: The ultimate health metric — lifetime value vs. cost to acquire. Target 3:1 minimum, 5:1 excellent.

We set up this measurement infrastructure in the first 30 days of every engagement — because without it, marketing decisions are guesswork.

Digital MarketingROIAnalytics

Platform selection should be driven by where your buyers are, not by which platforms are most popular:

  • B2B / professional services / high-ticket: LinkedIn primary, supplemented by content SEO
  • D2C / fashion / lifestyle / food: Instagram and Facebook primary, YouTube for content
  • SaaS / developer tools: LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and developer community platforms
  • Local services / hospitality: Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile
  • E-commerce / retail: Instagram Shopping, Facebook Shops, Pinterest for discovery

The most common and expensive mistake is spreading thin across every platform. A concentrated, high-quality presence on two platforms outperforms a low-quality presence on five every time. We recommend starting with the two highest-intent channels for your audience and expanding only when those are genuinely optimised.

Social MediaDigital MarketingStrategy

Minimum viable Google Ads budgets depend on industry and location:

  • Local services (India): ₹15,000–₹40,000/month minimum for statistically meaningful data
  • E-commerce / product: ₹30,000–₹80,000/month for Google Shopping and search
  • B2B / professional services: ₹40,000–₹1,20,000/month — CPCs are higher but deal values justify it
  • International markets (UK/UAE): Budget in GBP/AED — UK minimum typically £1,500–£3,000/month

Below these thresholds, you won't generate enough clicks to optimise the campaign — meaning you'll spend money without generating useful data or conversions. The management fee (our charge for running the campaigns) is separate from and additional to the ad spend.

Content marketing is the creation and distribution of valuable information — blog posts, guides, videos, case studies, whitepapers — designed to attract your target audience and build trust before they're ready to buy.

Does it generate leads? Yes — when done correctly. The distinction is between content that ranks and content that exists. Content that ranks is engineered around specific search queries your buyers type during their research process. Content that just exists is written for an imagined audience and hopes for social shares.

For B2B businesses, content marketing produces some of the highest-quality leads of any channel — because someone who has read a 3,000-word guide on a problem your product solves arrives at the conversation pre-educated, pre-qualified, and ready to buy. For e-commerce, content creates the organic discovery channel that reduces paid ad dependency.

A logo is a single mark — the symbol or wordmark that visually represents your business. It is one component of a brand identity.

A brand identity is the complete visual and verbal system: logo, colour palette, typography system, photography style, iconography, illustration guidelines, tone of voice, messaging framework, and usage rules documented in a brand guidelines document.

A logo without a brand identity is like a business card without a personality — it exists, but it doesn't communicate anything beyond the name. Brand identity is what makes your business instantly recognisable across every touchpoint: website, packaging, social media, proposals, signage, and advertising.

At BBD, every logo project includes a minimum brand identity package — because a logo delivered without context almost always gets misused, diluting its value immediately.

BrandingLogo DesignBrand Identity

Typical timelines for BBD branding projects:

  • Logo only (3 concepts): 7–10 business days
  • Logo + basic brand kit (colours, fonts, business card): 14–21 business days
  • Full brand identity (logo + full guidelines + all collateral): 4–6 weeks
  • Complete rebrand (strategy + identity + implementation): 6–12 weeks

Timelines depend on the number of revision rounds required and how quickly feedback is provided. We use an approval-gated process — design phases don't begin until the previous stage is signed off. This prevents the most common branding project failure: scope creep from unclear briefs.

BrandingLogo DesignTimeline

Logo design pricing in India ranges from ₹500 (freelance platforms) to ₹5,00,000+ (premium brand consultancies). At BBD, logo projects start at ₹8,000 for three unique concepts with two rounds of revisions and final file delivery in all formats.

The important question is not the cost of design but the cost of a bad logo. A logo redesign typically costs 3–5× the original design investment, plus the brand equity lost during the transition. Investing in quality the first time is always the better financial decision — particularly if you're planning to trademark the mark, which requires a distinctive and legally protectable design.

Off-the-shelf software (CRMs, ERPs, project management tools) is built for the average use case across many businesses. It's available immediately, has predictable costs, and is supported by the vendor. The limitation: you adapt your processes to the software's logic, not the other way around.

Custom software is built specifically for your business processes. It works exactly as your team works, integrates precisely with your existing systems, and gives you competitive advantage through proprietary functionality that competitors cannot replicate by subscribing to the same platform.

The decision framework: if your business processes are standard and a good off-the-shelf solution exists, use it. If your process is a competitive differentiator, if existing tools require too many workarounds, or if you're building a product to sell — custom is the right choice.

SaaS (Software as a Service) is a software product delivered via the internet on a subscription basis — users access it through a browser without installing anything. Examples: Salesforce, Notion, Slack, QuickBooks.

Building a SaaS product involves:

  • Product strategy: Defining the problem, target user, pricing model, and MVP feature set
  • Architecture design: Multi-tenant database architecture, API design, authentication system, subscription billing integration (Stripe/Razorpay)
  • UI/UX design: Dashboard, onboarding flow, feature interfaces
  • Frontend development: React/Next.js for the user interface
  • Backend development: Node.js, Python, or similar — business logic, APIs, data layer
  • Infrastructure: Cloud hosting (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD pipeline, monitoring
  • Go-to-market: SEO architecture, product-led growth features, referral mechanics

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is an integrated software system that connects your core business functions — inventory, procurement, manufacturing, finance, HR, sales, and reporting — into a single platform with shared data.

You likely need an ERP if you're experiencing any of these: inventory discrepancies between departments, finance team manually reconciling data from multiple spreadsheets, sales team unable to see real-time stock levels, procurement decisions made without visibility into production requirements, or management reporting taking days rather than minutes to compile.

Custom ERP vs. off-the-shelf (SAP, Oracle, Tally): for most Indian SMEs and mid-market businesses, a custom ERP built around your specific processes produces better outcomes than an expensive global platform that requires significant customisation to function in your operational context.

Company registration in India is handled through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) portal. The most common structures for new businesses:

  • Private Limited Company (Pvt Ltd): Most popular for startups and growing businesses. Limited liability, easy to raise investment, professional credibility. Requires minimum 2 directors and 2 shareholders.
  • Limited Liability Partnership (LLP): Good for professional services. Lower compliance burden than Pvt Ltd, partners have limited liability.
  • One Person Company (OPC): For solo founders who want limited liability without a second shareholder.
  • Sole Proprietorship: Simplest structure, no registration required, but no limited liability protection.

The Pvt Ltd registration process: obtain DSC (Digital Signature Certificate), apply for DIN (Director Identification Number), file SPICe+ form on MCA portal, obtain Certificate of Incorporation. Typical timeline: 7–15 working days. BBD handles the entire process — from document preparation to Certificate of Incorporation delivery.

A trademark is a registered legal right to exclusive use of a name, logo, slogan, or combination thereof in commerce. Registration protects you from competitors using similar marks and gives you legal recourse if they do.

The Indian trademark registration process:

  1. Trademark search: Verify the mark is available across relevant classes
  2. Application filing: Filed with the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks
  3. Examination: The trademark office reviews the application (typically 3–6 months)
  4. Publication: Published in the Trademark Journal for opposition (4 months)
  5. Registration: Certificate issued if no opposition is filed

Total timeline: 12–24 months for full registration. However, you receive a TM symbol usage right immediately upon filing, and your rights are backdated to the filing date even after eventual registration.

International SEO ensures your website appears in search results for the right country and language — preventing situations where Indian users see your UK content, or where multiple country versions compete against each other in the same SERPs.

Key differences from domestic SEO:

  • Hreflang tags: Technical markup telling Google which version of a page to show to users in each language/country combination
  • URL structure decisions: ccTLD (.co.uk, .ae), subdirectory (/uk/, /uae/), or subdomain (uk.yoursite.com) — each with different implications for domain authority and geo-targeting strength
  • Country-specific keyword research: Search behaviour, keyword phrasing, and search volume vary significantly between markets — direct translation of Indian keyword strategy rarely works
  • Regional link building: Building backlinks from country-specific publications to establish local domain authority

Generating international B2B export leads through digital requires building what we call an Export Lead Engine — an integrated system rather than isolated tactics:

  1. International SEO: Rank for buyer-intent keywords in target countries (e.g. "textile manufacturer India" in UK/European Google)
  2. Country-specific landing pages: Built around the specific trust signals, compliance expectations, and purchase drivers of each market
  3. LinkedIn international targeting: Reaching procurement managers and category buyers by industry, company size, and geography
  4. Google Ads international: Targeted campaigns in target countries while organic SEO builds
  5. Lead qualification automation: CRM integration to automatically score and route international enquiries to the right export team member

The key distinction: generic "contact us" forms don't work for international buyers who expect market-specific information. Every touch point needs to speak to their specific context.

A digital growth system is an integrated architecture where every component connects and compounds — SEO drives traffic, landing pages convert it, automation qualifies leads, CRM tracks pipeline, and dashboards attribute revenue. Every element feeds the next.

Isolated services (SEO-only, ads-only, web development without strategy) produce fragmented results because there's no integration layer. The SEO team doesn't know what the ads team is targeting. The website wasn't built for the traffic the SEO generates. The CRM doesn't receive data from the website. Nobody is accountable for the revenue outcome.

A system has a single accountable owner, defined inputs and outputs at every stage, and a compounding dynamic — each month builds on the last rather than starting from zero. This is why integrated systems produce 8–12× the ROI of equivalent spend on isolated services over a 12-month period.

The BBD Growth Engine™ is our proprietary 5-stage methodology for building compounding digital growth systems. Every engagement follows this framework regardless of service type:

  1. Discover: Forensic audit of your current digital state — technical, competitive, audience, and revenue gap analysis
  2. Architect: Design your complete growth system — channels, content structure, automation flows, and 12-month KPI projections
  3. Build: Technical foundations, conversion assets, and content infrastructure developed simultaneously
  4. Deploy: Controlled, checklist-driven launch with performance baseline establishment
  5. Optimise: Monthly data-driven iteration — the compounding stage where real ROI accumulates

The framework exists because consistency produces results. 500+ engagements across 20+ industries follow the same rigour — only the content of each stage changes.

We set up four layers of measurement at the start of every engagement:

  • Traffic layer: GA4 — sessions, channels, landing pages, device split, geographic distribution
  • Conversion layer: Goal tracking for every meaningful action (form, call, WhatsApp, purchase, document download)
  • Pipeline layer: CRM integration — lead volume, qualification rate, MQL-to-SQL conversion, deal size
  • Revenue layer: Closed revenue attributed by originating channel — the only metric that ultimately matters

Monthly reports cover all four layers with trend analysis, benchmark comparison, and a prioritised action list for the following month. Quarterly reviews reassess the strategy architecture based on 90 days of compounded performance data.

We don't report vanity metrics — impressions, followers, likes. We report traffic, leads, pipeline, and revenue.

No lock-in contracts. All monthly retainers operate on a month-to-month basis after an initial 3-month commitment period.

The 3-month initial period is required because meaningful SEO and digital marketing results need time to develop — a 30-day engagement produces noise, not signal. After month 3, you can scale up, scale down, or exit with 30 days' notice.

This structure keeps us permanently accountable: you can leave at any point, so we have to earn your business every single month. This is the correct incentive structure for a performance-oriented agency relationship.

Payment methods accepted:

  • India: Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, Razorpay (cards and net banking)
  • International: Wise (formerly TransferWise) — lowest fees for international transfers, PayPal, Stripe (cards), and SWIFT wire transfer for larger amounts

Invoices are issued in INR for Indian clients and GBP, USD, or AED for international clients depending on preference. Monthly retainers are invoiced on the 1st of each month with 7-day payment terms. Project payments are structured with a 50% advance and 50% on delivery.

There's no formal minimum, but there are practical thresholds below which certain services don't produce meaningful ROI:

  • SEO retainer: Minimum ₹25,000/month. Below this, content production and link building are insufficient for competitive markets.
  • Google Ads: Minimum ₹15,000/month ad spend (plus management fee). Below this, campaign data is too thin to optimise effectively.
  • One-time projects: No minimum — website, logo, and other project-based work starts from the pricing listed on our pricing page.

For businesses with budgets below these thresholds, we're happy to recommend the highest-leverage single investment — often a one-time technical SEO audit + website optimisation project before committing to an ongoing retainer.

We work with both — but the service mix differs:

Startups (pre-revenue to ₹1Cr ARR): We focus on the foundations that compound — technical SEO architecture, brand identity, and conversion-optimised web presence. We avoid recommending expensive ongoing retainers until the business has enough data to know which channels work. Typically: one-time brand + website project, then a focused SEO programme.

Growth stage (₹1Cr–₹10Cr ARR): Full-stack digital marketing — SEO, paid, content, and CRO running simultaneously with proper attribution tracking.

Established business / enterprise: System architecture — replacing ad-hoc digital activity with integrated growth systems, international expansion, ERP, or SaaS development.

We've built SaaS platforms from concept for first-time founders and delivered SEO transformations for businesses with ₹100Cr+ annual revenue. The approach adapts to the stage.

Working with BBDStartupsProcess

Every client gets a dedicated account lead — a single person who knows your business, your goals, and your team. Communication runs through:

  • Project management platform: All deliverables, timelines, and feedback tracked in a shared system (typically Notion or a client portal)
  • Weekly update email: What was done this week, what's planned next week, and any decisions required from you
  • Monthly performance review: 45-minute call covering the previous month's data, what it means, and the plan for next month
  • WhatsApp / email: For quick questions — response within 4 working hours guaranteed
  • Quarterly strategy review: Deeper session to assess the overall direction and adjust where needed

We don't disappear after onboarding. The most common complaint clients have about previous agencies is the lack of communication — we've built our processes specifically to eliminate this.
